“Let me come with you. I can cook. I can shoot.” Izzy lied, raising his head in defiance. He stood up as straight as he could and he was still a good 6 inches shorter than either man.
The stable was tense for a moment, electricity passing between Edward and Izzy as they eyed each other over their noses. “Oh, Jesus fuck. I don’t see why not.” Edward exhaled with a sigh. “Gotta find your own horse, though.”
“You won’t regret this.” Izzy promised, dropping his hands back to his sides and trying not to let on how swollen his heart was with pride.
“I fucking better not.” Edward shook his head, poked at his ear one more time and then turned on his heel to tromp out of the stables.
Izzy Hands joins Edward Teach's crew of bandits as they rob the Old West blind and discovers his true self along the way.
