Summary
A lack of communication, a misplaced suspicion, and two Akasha terminals mixed with a drunken tinkering and nosy Kshahrewar architect create an accidental problem about to wreak absolute havoc upon Alhaitham and Kaveh's lives.
Little did Kaveh realize, he managed to create a link between the two devices. And not simply one to transfer data. Oh, no. It was far deeper of a connection than that.
A junior's repressed intense sexual desires, deliberate miscommunication, and a senior's priorly trampled feelings all eventually become known in the worst ways.
After all, the risks of the Akasha could be worsened with tampering. It was a device that worked directly on the brain.
And Kaveh had just unknowingly linked Alhaitham and his own Akashas, and minds, together in a way that was about to be absolute torture to their already turbulent relationship.

Summary
Due to misplaced pride in his ability to survive anywhere, the one and Oni Arataki Itto finds himself wandering the dense forests of Sumeru alone in pursuit of proving Ayato wrong.
Unfortunately for the Oni, the rainforest is quite the treacherous territory for the unprepared. Especially with the Akademiya nearby. One whiff of a sweet scent will be all it takes to send the Oni's plan crashing down. And perhaps he won't be so lucky to be found in such a compromising position by the Yashiro Commissioner in the end.
After all, if Itto was going to act like a brat, Ayato would treat him as such and allow the Oni to learn his own lesson.

Kaveh had foreseen this possibility. Alhaitham was immensely practical and stubborn, making it difficult to negotiate with him. And when he set his sights on something–in this case, Kaveh–he was unwilling to bend so easily.
So Kaveh pulls out the last card in his deck, a strategy he had saved just in case.
Kaveh needs to focus on an upcoming project, so he makes a proposition–no more sex until one of them gives in. They both suffer.

He mimes the motion of wiping down his shoulder before he walks towards the stairway that leads upstairs.

He’s both shocked and utterly unsurprised at the same time. “But what does that have to do with me, specifically?”
“You know the Acting Grand Sage, do you not?”
A simple question with a complicated answer.
Kaveh is tasked with securing the funding for Kshahrewar from the Acting Grand Sage. Things get complicated.
