Derek Hale had decided not long after leaving Beacon Hills that he was missing his home, or at least, his pack. He ached to see a familiar face and possibly get some closure on that chapter of his life. He had been working hard on overcoming his own flaws, and by the time he reached Virginia, well, he decided he was ready to come back. The only thing was, Stiles Stilinski was in Virginia, returning to his work with the FBI. And if Derek Hale ever had a weakness, it was Stiles. When they reunite, only for Stiles to fall apart after a nasty breakup with Lydia, it was only natural when things turned hot and heavy.
They had been together, day in and day out, in peaceful oblivion for six months until Derek noticed that things weren't quite right. It only took a week after hearing his child's small heartbeat that he knew what he needed to do. Turns out old habits die hard.

Derek realises that he’s probably squashing Stiles a little bit, right at the same moment that Stiles apparently realises that he’s still holding onto Derek’s face.
They both definitely acknowledge Derek’s nakedness at the same exact time, judging by the alarmed look on Stiles’ face.
“So, you have no clothes on,” Stiles removes his hands and holds them above his head in surrender, cheeks a muddy red.
“In my defence, I was covered in fur less than two minutes ago,” Derek rolls his eyes and he pushes himself up and off him, hands covering his junk for Stiles’ sake.
“You’re still kind of furry now…” Stiles sits up, blinking rapidly, clearly just as weirded out as Derek. “Oh my god, pretend I didn’t say that. I’m not looking or anything.”
Derek smirks, because that… that was a lie and he cocks an eyebrow at him.

George grew up boring. He read books when he was bored, maybe scraped his knee on a scooter every year or two, and never truly had friends outside of a school environment. But he got good grades, played video games with people he only knew through a screen, and generally enjoyed the time he spent trying to get the hell out of dodge. And, sure, when he brought it up in passing- some self-deprecating joke or another- his friends would tell him he wasn’t boring, because that’s what you’re supposed to do when you’re a good friend, but when your only defining trait is being horribly, irreversibly colorblind? Well, George would qualify that as being pretty boring.
No one told him, before he moved in, how Dream was the complete opposite.

It’s unnerving and near impossible to look at the bright side of it all, if there even was one.
