It was an undisputed fact that Jack Thompson, Chief of the New York SSR, and (Y/N) (Y/L/N), the Los Angeles SSR’s newly-hired codebreaker, hated one another from the moment they met. But what happens when an off-the-books investigation into Jack’s near-fatal shooting forces the two of them to put aside their differences and work together to solve the case?

Summary
May and her boyfriend kick Peter out of the car on the side of the road in another state in the middle of the night. It’s freezing cold and Peter doesn’t know where he is or how to get home. He can’t call May, Ned isn’t home, and the only other number he has belongs to Happy, who has explicitly told him not to call him unless it’s a life or death emergency. And hypothermia isn’t an emergency, is it? Is it??
OR
Peter calls Happy, he yells at Peter for calling so late at night, and Peter breaks down. Happy and Tony feel guilty for not looking closer in the two months since Germany and realizing that Peter needed help. Minor fluff at the end with a hopeful ending. In response to Sicktember 2023, Whumptember 2023, and Whumptober 2023.

Summary
Peter Parker is adopted by Tony and Steve Stark-Rogers.
It’s basically a bunch of superfamily one-shots.
(They don’t all link together but there’s some type of connection between a few of them because every time I add a new one-shot I reorder the series so it makes sense anyway yeah <3)
