Summary
The sun was high and hot and the world had taken on that wonderful film-grain again, the yellows turning golden and the greens turning yellow and everything deep and rich and wonderful, as if they’d all climbed inside Sirius’s old camera and as if they could stay there for as long as they liked, because the world only existed as far as the rocky horizon, and that was plenty big enough for the four of them.
It's a Canadian roadtrip adventure! The perfect summer, apart from the way Remus is doing Sirius's head in, and the way Sirius can't figure out why.

Summary
Remus Lupin knows better than to touch Sirius Black—but watching? That’s harder to resist.
Ten years. One silk-robed neighbour. More windows than sense.
After his divorce and belated coming out, Remus collects firsts, lasts, and everything messy in-between. Friends joke that his love life spins like the revolving doors at the Ritz, but one desire stays constant: Sirius—his tattooed neighbour who refuses most clothing, lives in silk robes, and somehow keeps getting finer (and more risqué) with time.
And for over a decade, their flirtation has smouldered—sometimes scorching other relationships in its wake—while Remus holds himself back. After all, he was the one who first shut the metaphorical door in Sirius’s face. For ten years, he’s believed all that's left are stolen, shame-filled, yearning glances of Sirius, taken in through windows and from a distance. But Sirius knows most doors don’t stay closed—and exactly how to coax one, make it beg to open.
This is the story of Remus’s forty-third birthday. Of the years after a marriage ends and a life begins in the middle of things: of queer joy growing like blue irises, of fatherhood, of desire, and of learning to forgive oneself for old punishments.

Summary
Father Remus Lupin usually thinks of himself as a good person; he runs a youth group, takes shifts in the confessional every Sunday, and sticks to all of his vows (yes, even the one of celibacy). But he begins to think he's being punished when Sirius Black starts showing up in his confessional booth every week, describing in painstaking detail all the very, very sinful thoughts he's been having.

Summary
Sirius Black flees his wedding, still in his tuxedo, minutes before walking down the aisle. He doesn't think. He just drives. Until he sees a hitchhiker limping down the road with frayed bell bottom blue jeans, a graffitied wooden cane, and a sarcastic goddam mouth. He's heading west to seek his fortune in California and needs a ride. Sirius has a car and lots to run from. When you ain't got nothin, you got nothin to lose.
