“Well, you all heard Hollywood.” Dykstra called out. He pointed at Bood and Ilya. “Shane says five goals for the homestand. Under, and we’ll find out if Ilya can pull off a Beckham buzz cut. Matched or over, and we’re probably seeing Bood with a bear tattoo over his ass.”
Shane turned his attention back to Ilya. He tilted his head. Well?
Ilya winked at him before he reached over to shake Bood’s hand.

In retrospect, proposing a game to the entire Centaurs team that was going to end with public documentation of Shane's undying love for his husband was maybe not the most professional thing Harris had ever done -- but Dykstra had an idea, and who was Harris to tell him no!
IE: The Centaurs try to slip in words or phrases unrelated to hockey into their post-game pressers, chaos and love ensues. A cute little quick fic bc I can't get this out of my head!
