Then he sees his neighbor. His neighbor is the most handsome bear he's ever seen. He's seven feet tall, at the very least, and is broader than a chimney. Steve falls head over ass in love immediately.
And then it turns out his neighbor is literally a bear. Not just a bear, but a real, furry, snarling, honey-stealing bear. Bucky, it turns out, is a werebear.

Summary
A year after the Winter Soldier failed his mission in DC, Bucky Barnes is doing his best to stay under the radar from both Hydra and Steve Rogers. His hope for a peaceful day-to-day life in limbo goes awry, however, when he meets Queens’ newest hero; a pure-hearted kid with a death wish and a ridiculous pair of red and blue pajamas.
The last thing Steve expects when he finally tracks Bucky down is that, not only has the man been living in Queens all this time, right under his nose, but also that, in the two years since they last saw each other, Bucky somehow acquired a kid.
Alternatively: How Peter Parker effectively fucks over Bucky Barnes, and also totally saves him.

He is persuaded that his friend needs to let out some steam and have fun too and therefore makes Louis drink a shot of vampire blood without him knowing. The problem is that Louis has no clue about the effects. And when a curly vampire who's blood was in the glass, clears the matter, it might be a little too late.
