Satoru pushes himself to his feet, brushing asphalt dust off the back of his jeans with a few lazy pats. He’s still smiling, still a little breathless, but there’s something else creeping back into his expression now, too — something warm, amused, and a little dangerous. Something akin to the look he’d gotten right before he suggested you skip your last class and go find a secluded spot on campus to "discuss quantum entanglement" in the most physical way possible.
“You heard me.” Satoru says, tilting his head, a slow, deliberate movement.
He looks you up and down slowly, like he’s replaying the entire meltdown in his head frame by frame, savoring every moment.
