Tim Drake—a bored, wealthy, 18-year-old, who never became the next Robin. He maintains his obsession with Batman and Robin, and continues to follow, investigate, and photograph Batman and his close associates. He knows the identities of every, or almost every, Bat family member and some other heroes. He’s smart, he’s being recruited by all kinds of universities and government agencies for his programming and hacking skills, but…his life is empty. He wants something exciting to happen. Anything.
He never dreamed of actually stepping foot in the same bar as Jason Todd, his favorite enigma, but boredom will push a heinously wealthy honors student to do stupid things.

Summary
It's the... what the fuck?
The toxin's never been like this before. It creates hallucinations and triggers the fear receptors in your brain but it doesn't shove you into your worst memories and makes you feel like you are actually in there. Like you're actually living through it again.
The pain, the fear... they were as sharp as when he actually suffered it.
That was... way more than what he signed up for.
He looks for Bruce, but the man isn't there. Tim is next to the Batcomputer, talking into a recording device.

Tim thinks Jason is immune to fear toxin, so the best (and only) plan they have to combat Scarecrow's new formula is to test it on him and get an antidote ASAP.
Jason might've been bluffing when he said that the poison didn't affect him - but he'll be damned if he lets Barman see him scared. Again.
So he accepts.
Unfortunately, the Lazarus Pit effects force his family to live through his most painful, terrifying memories with him.
And none of them know what to do.

Tim is officially in the foster care of Bruce Wayne, having survived neglect and a home invasion. But storybook endings don't come wrapped in bows.
It might be easier if Bruce wasn't so stubborn about the whole "no chasing vigilantes on patrol when you're untrained and barely out of the hospital" thing. Batwatching is Tim's only release, and with his entire life now thrown in the air, he needs it more than ever.
What Bruce doesn't know won't hurt him. Right?

That’s when Barbara had hunted down the info. What she could.
Not human trafficking. Something worse. A serial killer. An organization centered around serial killers. They were hunting foster kids fresh out of the system. A sensitive topic for any one of the ex-Robins. Orphans always were.
Barbara still only had a blurry outline of the mission when things went downhill. Hood, Red, and Spoiler were on their own private coms when everything went down. It was one Jason jealously guarded, and Barbara hadn’t been able to hack without his notice. Dick and Jason had gotten Robin out, taking some hits in the process. Damian had watched from a secure location nearby, even managing, despite Barbara and Batman’s clear commands, to slip a tracker into the van they loaded the others into.
Batman had arrived too late for the others. He tried to follow them, but something kept disrupting the feed. Then the kidnappers abandoned the vehicle, and they were gone.
Jason. Dick. Tim. Steph. Gone.

Green.
Acid green filled Tim's vision, burning, eating, consuming everything in its way, chasing away everything except for the pain. His body was being torn apart and put back together, his skin bubbling and tearing even as it stretched shut again and again. He was drowning but he couldn’t die. Blackness tried to encase his eyes, his mind, only to turn green.
But even as his soul was shredded, burned away and reformed, one thought remained, stark against the glowing green nothingness threatening to overwhelm him.
He would take down Ra’s and his assassins, burn the whole thing to the ground, even if it was the last thing he did.

or, Tim has been brought back to life with a Lazarus pit and now finds himself in the League of Assassins. But he wants revenge against Ra's, and is willing to do just about anything to get it.

"“No. I- the aliens, they aren’t just- it’s not safe. I figured it out and I couldn’t let you leave unprepared. Here.” Bernard pulled a crumpled piece of paper out of the pocket of his hoodie and thrusted it at Tim, who snatched it up. It was filled with scribbled and smudged notes, information about the alien race, and a notated transcript of a confusing coded message none of them had been able to make heads or tails of. As the puzzle pieces clicked together in Tim’s head, one of Bernard’s scribbled notes caught his eye, and oh.
There it was."
When Bernard realizes his boyfriend (and friends)' mission to the arctic to ambush potential alien invaders is a trap, he throws himself onto the plane last minute to warn them. As Tim and the others race to pivot their plan and deal with the threat safely, they may or may not have underestimated the aliens - or more specifically, their tech. of course, they've dealt with worse situations before. but, of course, they don't usually have a civilian to protect.
What could possibly go wrong?
