And what was more natural for a naked, horny Binghe to do than to start having sex with whatever person was closest?
In this case, the closest person had been Shen Qingqiu. Dreams were funny like that, sometimes.

Absolute truth serum crack, but Shen Yuan outing Shang Qinghua in the most unbelievable ways possible was one of my favorite interactions between them and the other Peak Lords, and tbh, Shen Qingqiu getting truth serumed at his Huan Hua Palace trial and revealing enough to mend his relationship with Luo Binghe is one of my favorite Fix-It Fic tropes in the SVSSS fandom. 🥰

So good so far! 😍💗
I love seeing Shen Yuan’s mindset about the “canon fodder” Huan Hwa disciples change as he gets to know and care about everyone. I also love seeing the Little Palace Mistress grow into her own character, and see some backstory for Gongyi Xiao. I also like how his friendship with Shang Quinghwa/Airplane and his kindness to Zhuzhi Lang are woven into this fic despite transmigrating into a different character.
Luo Binghe and Shen Yuan’s fascination with each other being constantly interpreted as crushes by the other characters is a delight. Even more because Luo Binghe is adept at sex but doesn’t recognize when he’s got an actual crush and wildly misinterprets his own feelings. 😅 Poor Shen Yuan, being himself and not understanding why LBH refuses to like him! 😩😆
They’ve just had a heart-to-heart and grown closer, though, which I love. 💗 And Shixiong / Shidi instead of Shizun / Binghe? Glorious! I can’t wait to read more of this fic!

Stellar and original! Which is truly impressive given this fandom excels at reimagining the BingQiu transmigrator romance scenario presented by canon. 🤩🥰
I love the premise: Shen Jiu is reborn in our world as Shen Yuan with all his memories intact, then chooses, after dying here, to return to his life as Shen Jiu (with memories of both previous lives intact) to rectify the wrongs he wrought on Luo Binghe and in general. He’s still terrified of Binghe, having seen the worse of him, but he’s going to give Binghe the kinder, supportive Shizun he deserved, rather than the broken and jealous Shizun he’d been prior to living a softer life full of therapy as Shen Yuan. Shen Qingqiu’s altruistic plans are sabotaged by the vindictive System, however, which punishes Shen Qingqiu for negotiating his way out of the System’s control by returning the OG Bing-ge to be his “white lotus”.
I love seeing BingQiu use their previous life knowledge to try and improve things, and how those behind-the-scenes efforts sometimes clash. Also, all the changes Shen Qingqiu makes on the peak to help his students, and how they help Liu Binghe despite him not understanding the purpose of talk therapy.
It means so much that the LBH and SQQ who so deeply hurt each other came back and fell in love, and broke the cycles of abuse that Shen Yuan realized he’d been living out in his first life. This fic also does a good job of showing how hard it is to break those cycles of abuse, be vulnerable, accept responsibility for one’s actions and for rectifying the harm caused, and embrace who someone has become rather than the awful person they used to be.

This fic is gold!
I love basically-demisexual and closeted-even-to-himself Shen Yuan not noticing that he’s acquired a harem, how adorably smitten everyone else is upon meeting him, and how oblivious he is to his own appeal and how Luo Binghe’s character might’ve changed thanks to Shen Yuan replacing his fearsome Shizun.
The writing style is perfect for the melodrama, farce, and meta commentary of SVSSS, too! 😍🥰 Seriously, so many delicious phrases and hilarious juxtapositions and SVSSS-quality narrative asides and lampooning! I love it! Like, “periodically geeking out as a writer” kind of of love. 💗
The fic also has plenty of serious bits, in keeping with the tone of SVSSS canon, its fun premise is excellently executed.
Fics like this, that highlight the absurdity of Airplane’s wife plots, Shen Yuan’s scorn for them, and Shen Qingqiu’s canonical obliviousness to others’ affections and why the wife plots keep happening to him, are what make this fandom so singularly delightful to me. I _love_ the absurdity of Airplane’s world and the snarky tone of Shen Yuan’s internal narrative as he critiques it, paired with the elegance and strict etiquette of Shen Qingqiu, Cang Qiong, and cultivator society in the books.

This was glorious! And had two new-to-me concepts I really liked: Shen Yuan transmigrated into post-Conference Gongyi Xiao, Huan Hua Palace's golden boy Head Disciple, doomed to be replaced and exiled by LBH as a stepping-stone for his grand vengeance sceme; and the LBH who falls in love with Shen Yuan is the post-Abyss, blackened Luo Bing-ge version.
It's fascinating watching LBH struggle internally with ruining the life of someone so good-hearted, who genuinely likes him and wants him to succeed in taking over the Huan Hua sect. I love LBH's obsession with figuring out why GYX refuses to fight Binghe's machinations, all the dreamwork, and (to my eternal shock) GYX's friendship with the Little Palace Mistress.
This is definitely Angst With A Happy Ending rather than H/C, and the climactic confrontation (genius failsafe execution too, OMG!) made me cry, but so worth it! And the epilogue is all adorable future fluff, which I appreciate after the turmoil of Binghe's first months at Huan Hua.
Such a great fic, and a new favorite despite the high Hurt to Comfort ratio.

Summary
The one where Yu Ziyuan time traveled but she thought that it was her visions of her alternate life.
She learned that there is a brat named Wei Ying who brought destruction to her and her family's life.
And so in her present, she vowed that she will never allow that to happen.
In which Yu Ziyuan found the four-year-old Wei Ying, newly pushed out of the inn where his parents left him, and decided that no, this child must never be associated with her, her family, and their sect at all.
And so Yu Ziyuan thought that she could bring him somewhere where someone may or may not find him but definitely far from where her husband could find him. If he's lucky, he'll survive that winter, if he's not, then death awaits the fevered child.
This is the extent of mercy that Yu Ziyuan could give a child.
With this, she'll raise her children without having to deal with a brat that brings trouble where he goes according to her visions of her alternate life.
Like the tag stated, this is definitely not Yu Ziyuan centric.
