The sudden jerk rattled the cuffs loudly, which seemed to be what really snapped Kokichi awake. His gaze darted down to the chain, then traveled up Shuichi’s arm, his eyes widening as they locked onto the detective's face.
"??? What the hell?????" Kokichi repeated, louder this time.
In a fraction of a second, the groggy confusion vanished, replaced by a sudden, oddly bright grin. It didn’t quite reach his eyes, the grin.
“...Shuichi? What is this?”
Shuichi felt a headache coming on.

Shuichi and Kokichi are locked in a room together, handcuffed, until they apparently reach “Total Mutual Trust”. Chaos ensues.

Dying was something specifically under Kokichi's terms.

The walls were an off-white, the ground was cushioned. Kokichi's veins were on fire.
And apparently, he seemed to have been sleeping on the ground, if not dead.Or
Kokichi gets trapped in a mental hospital after his crushing death, and is forced to survive through the insane creations people working there have created… The same people who have enjoyed the killing game.

While Nexus no longer cares about the individual members of the Celestial Family, deep down, he unconsciously misses the feeling of being loved.
However, when the negative star power flooding his body reaches critical levels, Nexus goes through a memory relapse in an attempt to deal with the pain.
Ruin has no idea what to do.

“Hello?” he called into the darkness, wincing as he heard a panicked shriek and metal casing slamming into the floor.
