Did Charles mention how tired he is? How pent up? And Max is wonderfully warm. And this movie is so boring.
Let’s just say Max has missed at least the last fifteen minutes of the movie. What’s a man supposed to do? Oh, that's right: wake Charles up, push him off the couch, anything but what Max has done, which is absolutely nothing.
OR: Charles falls asleep on Max during movie night and has a particularly vivid dream about him.

"Your choice, Max. You or it." This is a dangerous situation. It is illogical for Max to choose himself.
Max inhales. "Me." He could've—he should've chosen Charles. Something isn't right. Charles feels—no—Charles doesn't feel. Charles isn't able to feel.
"Whatever you say." Steph shrugs and moves toward the bedroom.
"Fuck you," Max mutters under his breath. Charles twitches, wanting to move—no, not wanting. Charles cannot want.
"Don't do anything until I come back, understand, Charlie?"
He can't be serious, right? Max needs help. He's in trouble. Steph will hurt him. Charles wants to—what? That's an order. He has to follow Max’s orders.
"Of course, Max."OR: Charles, Max's android, has to learn how to be his own person when he abandons his programming to save Max.
Determined to help Charles, Max tries to keep his budding feelings for the android out of the way. -

"You're a bear hybrid."
Mark raises an eyebrow.
"Mhm."
"So have you—uh—" At the edges of his lips, it sounds so insane. "Have you ever wanted to eat another hybrid?"
"Eat another hybrid?"
Oscar nods sharply.
"Oscar…" Mark drags it out like he is about to reprimand him. "Do you want to eat someone?"OR: Oscar is a rabbit hybrid. Carlos is a fox hybrid. Oscar is terrified that Carlos might want to eat him, so he tries to face his fears via exposure. Carlos interprets Oscar's sudden interest in spending time with him a bit differently.

He'll go to dinner with Carlos and Oscar, who live next door. He'll go because he knows how he's been, but he'd rather no one else know. So Carlos, realizing that Charles hasn't left his flat in three weeks, is enough to get Charles into the shower tomorrow morning.
