Summary
After John and Arthur retrieve Noel from "Threshold", they start up a private investigator business, and their relationship has since then evolved into something... more. They be fucking. All three of them fear for the day the peace is broken, and they're all thrown back into eldritch nonsense.
One day John touches an odd book they found during an investigation and starts showing signs of a fever and extreme clinginess. The next morning, he feels- incredibly odd and tries to hide it because he can't risk ruining the little life they built.
Then Arthur and Charlie fuck him into oblivion, lets be real.

Arthur could hear the young woman move through the office, turn on the tap to fill the kettle. He followed her with his eyes, even though they were unseeing. John was watching too, then, even though he was silent. There was not a lot to say. They were observing her, trying to find out who she was. But she delivered the answer before either of them could. "Dad?"

In the wake of the Eldritch Kama Sutra and the trouble it leaves behind, Arthur investigates the book without John—and discovers it’s far closer to its human namesake than either of them realized. Now, they must navigate the new intimacy this opens up while confronting their own insecurities, doubts, and unspoken truths.
(In other words: Arthur learns how to bottom from a book but is terrible at communication/knowing his own limits, and it snowballs from there. Lots of smut, but there's some plot. Bantering, bickering, and arguing aplenty. Suprisingly historically accurate)

Summary
In this AU, Lillith plays a much more active role in shaping Arthur's life, and Bella and Faroe live. It's a strained marriage, however, kept together mostly for Faroe's sake. Lillith decides to take it upon herself and intervene once again to help "her favorite".
I used "teeth" for the gore prompt and "cuckolding" for the kink prompt. I have to say, I was never much into cuckolding before, but I do like making Arthur pathetic any chance I get! The teeth side of things is a little light, mostly just accentuates Lillith's inhumane nature tbh, but it is there so take that!
