It didn’t matter how kind, how selfless, how good someone claimed to be. At their heart of hearts, in their very core, in the essence and fiber and atoms of their being, they could never be rid of that black stain ingrained into the very soul (or lack thereof). A capability to enact a violence most thought unthinkable.
Ghost had known it all his life.
Or: Ghost is, despite all rumors to the contrary, entirely and completely human. And, for better and for worse, so is Simon Riley.

Summary
Catra was supposed to be better than this. She was supposed to have more control than this. She was certainly not supposed to lose her fucking flasks of blood. Now here she is, stuck at camp with this merry band of dorks, weeks without blood and days away from the nearest town to resupply.
Catra can't wait any longer.
A human would be the obvious target.
Unfortunately, they are all paired together, leaving the lone wolf, Adora, as her best option to feed. Catra prefers it this way anyway. She enjoys a challenge and Adora is big and strong and smells so- fucking- good... Gods Catra craves her... Er... She craves her blood, obviously. She can't help it if she's drooling. Adora, smells like a fucking feast.
At camp is too risky but if she acts distressed Adora should follow her into the woods. Which is as convenient as it is annoying. Doesn’t the gullible wolf know that trusting a vampire is the biggest mistake you can make?? Whatever. It’s not like Catra cares. It’ll work out in her favor anyway. It should be easy enough to just guide Adora away from camp and solve her hunger. What could possibly go wrong?

“Oh, god. Oh, god, no. Gaz, tell me I didn’t,” Soap whispered, horrified.
Gaz at least had the good grace to cover his mouth to muffle his laughter. “You absolutely fucking did, mate. Right above your ass,” Gaz informed him, his shoulders shaking with laughter.
In absolute horror, Soap dashed back to the mirror and turned his back to it. It would be fine. When he looked back at his skin in the mirror, it’d be fine. Nothing would be out of place. There would be absolutely nothing wrong with anything.
Soap’s jaw fell to the ground with a panicked whimper when he’d turned his head over his shoulder.
Because, right above his fucking ass like Gaz had said, the name “Simon Riley” was tattooed in neat, mediumly thick letters. Bleeding fucking Christ. He’d gotten a tattoo of Ghost’s name. Above his ass.

Summary

After being forced into a group work project Catra discovers a group intent on befriending her, who accidently dig up the repressed feelings of loss and loneliness. Catra must once again battle with the ghosts of her past, fight her fears, navigate the long-forgotten waters of friendship, and struggle to accept the hardest concept of all: She is not alone.

Summary
After Earth's extinction, humans were forced to move to a new planet, Vallea IX. Sixty years passed and human beings had to learn to live with the Valleans, creating a drastic hierarchy in between the races.
Catra remembers feeling lost since she was a child, with a painful fury caged inside her chest and an affection for Earth that was considered ''too exaggerated'' by others, taking into account that she was not even born when the planet was destroyed. Adora is too used to all the power she has ever had in her own hands to even consider getting involved with anyone - especially if it's a human.
When neutron stars collide, it is like two dead stars coming together and causing an event so powerful that it is able to mess with gravitational waves and create tons of electricity and light. Catra and Adora didn't know it yet, but they were destined to collide.
