Sora watched as a small green light hovered over Lloyd, phasing through him.
And then he blinked.
This is basically just a rewrite of dragons rising s3 p1 in that episode where Sora left with Arin and Ras- also a sequel to “I’ll guide this dagger into the heart of my enemy”!

Lloyd turned around just in time to see Zeatrix throw that retched blade from his visions at him.
When it hit him, pain exploded in his left eye.
He could feel himself hitting the ground.
Someone is screaming, he thought.
Oh. It was him. He was screaming.
Instead of being hit by Zeatrix in the shoulder like in the show, the blade strikes him in the eye.

Lightning was dangerous and unpredictable. Deadly to the touch and too indomitable to be tamed. Something he definitely wasn't.
Jay was content to continue like this. But when he starts hearing voices in the echoes of thunder, he reminds himself that things can't stay the way you want them to for long.
