Summary
Jamie is one of the returning contestants on the latest season of Lust Conquers All. He thinks taking a break from Keeley and Roy will give him a chance to move on and give them a chance to get back together with him out of the way, but things don't go as planned.
Jamie's not likely to last many weeks while he's rubbing everyone the wrong way by sticking to Roy's strict training regimen and talking about Roy so much that several contestants start to wonder if Jamie has a boyfriend back home.
Meanwhile, Roy's trying to enjoy watching the new season with the yoga mums, but that proves difficult when Jamie talks about him so much that the whole country seems to think that Jamie's in love with him. But there's nothing that Roy can do about it. At least not while he's stuck at home and Jamie's off sequestered without his phone...

Summary
Roy, in that soft little part of him that cares about his best fucking friend quite a lot, wants nothing more than to comfort him, tell him he'll be alright.
"Tartt," he snaps. It turns out comforting is a difficult note for Roy Kent to hit. "Stay the fuck awake if it fucking kills you. No fucking passing out on the pitch."
"M'not... not gonna...," Jamie slurs, his hand resting limply across his face now. He gags, like he's holding back an upsurge of vomit, then swallows thickly. "Just... fuckin' dizzy."

Summary
He peers down the street and sees a post office, a couple of small shops, and a pub. The difference between the city where he has an apartment and this village is stark.
Sam comes out of the shop nearly ten minutes later with a cardboard travel container of drinks. He laughs at something someone inside says and IV wishes – gut-wrenchingly – that he had anything left in him that could feel the way Sam looks right now. He feels like a husk of a person, and he wants – he wants that.
A man follows Sam to the threshold of the entrance and says something to Sam that IV can’t quite make out as he opens the car door. He keeps the shop door open with a cocked hip, and IV sits up to get a better look at him.
IV, burned out from his corporate job, visits his friends for the summer in the idyllic village where they live. He's expecting to get his head put on straight, not that he'll find love in the last place he expects it.
