There is no notification that pops up when Sam and Quackity approach the cell. No system announcement declares Dream’s death, and it’s correct, since technically, the player entity registered as Dream is only half dead as long as the symbiont half is alive.
or: Dream is the combination of a human host body and a symbiont species that grants him the power to be an admin. Things go wrong, as they always do.

What if Dream had never been broken out of the prison? What if Techno had been stopped from executing his plan? What if Quackity had been a little more aggressive in his actions post Dreams "break out"? What if the server had to be evacuated and everyone left? What if Dream was still stuck in the prison, trapped in a neverending respawn loop?

Evil Xisuma had been banished to the void for an indefinite sentence. He didn’t expect an early unintentional release, one that he didn’t facilitate but knows he would reap the consequences for. He wants to run, but how long would that last? He can’t leave the server, but… surely there’s something he can do, right?
Turning yourself into a cat and finding peace in a feline retirement from villainy wasn’t his plan, but he can’t say he regrets it.
