“Well, howdy there, Lieutenant Djarin.”
Din twisted just as he brought the towel over his broad chest, bumping up against the service tags and crucifix. Cobb stood there, holding his shoes in one hand, with the socks stuffed deep within. He was wearing that familiar Western hat, his shirt was unbuttoned fully to display a lean torso with a healthy distribution of fat and muscle and a trail of graying body hair. He wore trousers, but they were rolled up to the knee. In his free hand, he held a rolled cigarette, nearly smoked down to the finger tips. He let out a stream of smoke as he stood in front of Din.
“Captain Vanth,” Din said.
“Thought I told you to call me Cobb.” There was an amused tilt to his lips as he raised the cigarette.

Summary
Din considered how he should announce himself as to not startle him, but it seemed Cobb had the one up on him.
He rolled onto his back with his pistol raised before Din could even blink.
Then Cobb blew out a breath. “Stars above, Mando, you nearly had me there.” He shoved the blaster into his thigh holster and twisted the rest of his body to lie flat on his back before he’d get his feet under him.
Din helped him up the rest of the way, and didn’t budge as Cobb held on to give him a hug.

Summary
Cobb Vanth is a washed up rodeo cowboy who makes his living off of cattle and managing a small dude ranch. Missing life on the circuit, he leaves his dusty New Mexico ranch for the well trodden path of the Camino de Santiago, the Way of St. James.
For over a thousand years, the Camino de Santiago has offered travelers of all walks of life time to reflect upon its sprawling pathways over Spain, France, and Portugal. For a month's time, Cobb will find himself walking the way of the pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela, questioning his own desires when he comes across Father Din Djarin, a Catholic priest out of El Paso who has likewise felt the call of St. James.
Together, crossing hundreds of miles along the countryside of Portugal, Cobb will be tested physically, emotionally, and spiritually as he questions who he is now and who he is meant to be.

He looks gaunt. “Silver Dollar. You know we don’t have the resources, Dutch. Not now.”
Dutch holds up a hand. “I’ll handle it.”

Summary
The man known as Dorian Pavus never made it south. In fact, he never even made it out of Tevinter before being taken by Qunari raiders.
Three years later however, a Bas Saarebas bearing a remarkable resemblance to Dorian is rescued by the Inquisitor and taken to Skyhold, where the man insists that dying is his only option. Unwilling to accept that, the Inquisitor enlists Bull's help to find out if this dangerous thing can be saved.

Gale does something hideously stupid and goes into battle and gets majorly hurt to the point of death. He wakes up several weeks later with two very different livid elves by his side. His head hurts and the room spins every time he tries to leave the bed. His last memory is going to sleep the night before with the orb pulsing in his chest, and now everything in the waterdeep tower is moved around. His books have been bafflingly, color-coded.
But he's Gale of Waterdeep. Surely if he plays it cool and keeps quiet he can pick up all the knowledge that he doesn't know about this situation. Nobody needs to know how truly out of his depth he is right now.
