this book is niche which sucks because the fandom is small and there are like less than 100 existing fics but also is great because all the fics are well written since the only people who slug through gratuitous car descriptions for a scrappy supernatural southern gothic gay plot are people who actually enjoy reading and do it enough to be good at writing too. Anyway this fic was great and delivered the exact kind of closure I needed

1million/10 I wish I could re-read A Separate Peace for the first time again except it's set in an alternate reality where the first three chapters of this fic are in the canon (there's some tragedy in chap 4 but there were so many crimes in the book that I'm just relieved they liked each other in this. Also I can't read anything without angst and tragedy sorry about it)
