Summary
This is a project to create a conlang that will expand upon and deepen the Elvhen language that was created for the Bioware game series, Dragon Age. Elvhen, as it is used in the games, is a cipher, not a language. My goal is to create a complete conlang, or at least a simulated conlang, that other fans can use. The goal is to create a constructed language that is to Dragon Age what Sindarin and Quenya are to Lord of the Rings.
I do want to stress that this is a constructed language based upon the limited Elvhen we had encountered within the games. I am not using magical linguistic ninjitsu to "Figure out," the Elvhen language. In terms of the "official," language, consider this linguistic fan-fiction.

The First Talon was more intimidating than he last remembered. The old woman regarded him with a stern face, and Rook stood still and quiet, not wanting to make an ass of himself.
“And what do you want in return, Rook de Riva?” Caterina asked. “For the life of my grandson?”
Rook swallowed. What did he want? It was just the two of them here. Teia and Viago waited in the house while Rook met with Caterina in her garden. There was no outside influence to guide him, and Rook had no choice but to follow his instincts.
“I want to restore Viago as Second Talon,” he replied.
-- AU where Viago de Riva was once Second Talon before Rook crashed and burned through the Antivan Crows, causing the de Riva's downfall. Set five years after Rook set off a catalyst, Rook is tasked with rescuing Lucanis Dellamorte from the Ossuary and bringing down Zara Renata, while settling his own demons, regrets, and debts.
