Summary
Crowley and Aziraphale relax in bed, but their definition of "relax" varies.
“Honestly,” the angel began, smoothing down his rumpled pajamas as he sat up straighter, “you’re an absolute mess, Crowley. You could of at least tried to aim a bit better.”
Crowley groaned, his arm flopping over his eyes. “Don’t start, angel. Let me bask for a bit.”
“Bask?” Aziraphale echoed, arching an incredulous eyebrow as he gestured toward the sticky, glistening streaks painting Crowley’s chest and stomach. “You look like you’ve just lost a custard pie fight.”
Crowley snorted, his lips curving into a smirk even as his cheeks flushed. “And whose fault is that? You were the one encouraging me.”
“Well, I wasn’t encouraging you to decorate yourself like a Jackson Pollock painting,” Aziraphale countered primly, though his tone was laced with fondness.
Crowley cracked one eye open, the golden iris glinting mischievously. “Don’t pretend y'didn’t enjoy the show.”

Summary
Excerpt:
There was something about being in his serpent form that made Crowley unusually bold.
Ordinarily, he maintained a healthy ten feet of distance from any situation that might lead to awkward misunderstandings—a habit born of disdain for conflict and the endless trouble it caused. But as a serpent, gliding low to the ground with fluid, animalistic grace, he felt strangely liberated. Almost carefree. A creature of the wild, unburdened by the expectations of angels, demons, or humans.
Aziraphale, of all beings, had noticed the shift. And in all his centuries, he never expected to find such serpentine elegance so utterly captivating.

Summary
“You want to go again,” Aziraphale had said, in disbelief, while Crowley was pushing him down onto the shitty cardboard bed and fumbling in the bedside table for lube and a condom. They hadn't even turned on the light in the room, hastily wrangling off their clothing between kisses in the dark after returning from a much-needed trip to the spa. “What about your game?”

Summary
Father Anthony Crowley's church gardener Aziraphale has not left his thoughts since he gave into temptation and allowed himself to be ravaged by him, but it turns out it's not so easy to ignore his guilt or give up his life as a priest after one night of passion. Panicked, he resolves to purge such a tantalizing demon from his mind via a savage form of penance, one that he tells himself is a punishment, and not a masochistic indulgence.
Aziraphale, however, has some different ideas.

Summary
Anthony meets up with his estranged uni pal Ezra over a drink to catch up, and when things start to get personal, Ezra tells Anthony about a special place where one can sexually let go, anonymously, guilt free— and depending on how you choose to participate, make some easy cash. Anthony leaves this reunion very confused and more than a little titillated, but he's never done anything like that before, nor expected to talk about such a thing with his formerly shy friend. What could happen if he chooses to follow through?

Summary
When summer finally rolls in and lays heavy on the South Downs, he realizes he’s lonely. While most demons are solitary creatures, Crowley is not; just another way he doesn’t fit the mold. Without thinking, he picks up his phone, meaning to call Aziraphale - wants to tell him all about the cottage, what he’s done, what he’s made. Pain brings him up short. He can’t call him - literally, because he never added Aziraphale's number to this new mobile; but it’s more than that, of course. The angel doesn’t want what Crowley aches to give, holding out to him in two shaking hands. You go too fast for me.
So he racks his brain for an alternative, trying to come up with someone to share his accomplishments with. After a week, he lands on the witch. She, too, can make things grow. He dials the operator, asks for Tadfield, Jasmine Cottage. The witch answers. She doesn’t sound surprised. I’d love to come see what you’ve done with the place.
Crowley, frustrated by Aziraphale's continued hesitance, attempts to make a new life for himself after the Apocalypse-that-Wasn't.

Summary
As usual, Crowley had decided to open his mouth before thinking about what exactly it was that he was about to let spill forth from it. As a result of this, unsurprisingly, he was now in a spot of hot water. Boiling water. Possibly water so hot that it had gone ahead and become some kind of pyroclastic steam.
At least Aziraphale could usually be relied upon to take pity on him. This was a big ask though, even by Crowley's please-let-me-keep-empty-aerosol-cans-in-your-cellar-it's-nothing-illegal-I-swear standards. This was, without a doubt, a bigger ask than the aerosol cans.

Summary
In 1941 Aziraphale and Crowley imagine their life as humans.
---
“I’d meet you at the bookshop, I’d come in sheltering from the rain.” Crowley began, “And I’d be enamoured from the very first meeting.” His shoulders tensed as he spoke.
“Would you?” Aziraphale said, finally cutting through the sounds of slow steps and notes in the air. Crowley relaxed.
“Of course. And you’d never give me a look in,” Crowley said, laughing, “You wouldn't notice at all. You’d barely register I’d slithered in. I’d try to buy a book to catch your eye, and you’d -”
“Do everything in my power to stop you,” Aziraphale said, enjoying the game, closing his eyes to picture the scene.
“Yes, you would,” Crowley said.
“So, what would you do?”
“I’d make it my life’s mission to buy one from you,” Crowley said, and Aziraphale’s lips curved at the seams.
“Yes, I think you would. And I’d be utterly exasperated by you.”

It's a less-than-quiet day in Soho; a festival is disturbing Whickber Street. Hoping to find some peace and a comfortable place to sit down and read, Aziraphale shows up at Crowley's door.
But peace and comfort is not exactly what Aziraphale finds.
What he finds is, arguably, even better than that.

Summary
Crowley touched himself a lot. A lot. Like, a ridiculous amount. He spent most of the 16th Century jerking off. Even now, in the 21st, his hand often traveled down his torso before he even had a chance to blink his eyes open in the morning.
Time and place. Very important concept. His bed, his bathtub, Hell, his car; they were all perfectly acceptable.
But Aziraphale’s bookshop? Not the place.
With Aziraphale perusing shelves in the back? Not the time.
Yet, there Crowley was, locked in the back office, leaning against the door, furiously stroking his own cock.

Summary
The incident with Crowley’s vial was one of those times when Aziraphale had allowed curiosity to take the reins, as it were. He didn’t regret it, not exactly, but he did get annoyed that the whole thing seemed to have sparked a fire within him that he could not manage to extinguish. A curiosity that nagged at him, more persistent than the desire to take a bite out of an ox rib, or even the impulse to turn to the last page of a book, and glance at its final line.

Summary
1941, London, take 3
Aziraphale notices it as they near the bottom of the bottle, when the last jammy dregs cling to the inside of the glasses they’ve been nursing for some time, misted impressions of their fingerprints standing out against the otherwise crystalline surface.
He’s not certain why he’s only seeing it now; perhaps Crowley has been able to hide it until the alcohol dismantled his characteristic defenses enough to expose his wincing.
“Crowley,” Aziraphale asks, a little woozy himself, pleasantly inebriated from wine laced, ebbing adrenaline and the demon’s fire crackling presence, “are you quite alright, my dear?”
His tongue is thick in his mouth, heavy, and clumsy, and aching for some reason, too; it’s odd, and a tad disconcerting.
“‘M fine,” Crowley’s lightning quick reply is a mumbled, obvious lie he’s unable to twist into something convincing despite his efforts to do otherwise, “don’t worry ‘bout me, angel.”
I do little else, Aziraphale nearly admits out loud, absurd you could even think otherwise, despite our differences, despite our pasts, despite our… everything.

"Crowley couldn’t argue with that. He swirled his wine, feeling put out for too many reasons to name. Peevish. He sort of wanted to cry. There was a burning question poised on the tip of his tongue, the kind that might have actually made him burst into flames if he asked it.
He did not."
Or: Crowley asks. Eventually.

Summary
Although Aziraphale has loved Crowley since before the Beginning, the fundamental opposition of their natures has prevented him from acting. It hasn't stopped him from wanting, or dreaming, or simply wishing things could be different. That he could love Crowley without endangering him.
After 6000 years of glancing touches and lingering gazes, he finds himself estranged from Heaven. And then a series of unfortunate coincidences leaves them the task of making two humans fall in love. Mix mutual longing with a business-meeting-turned-party complete with a romantic atmosphere and dancing, and they don't stand a chance.
“You mean like…a sudden rainstorm forces them together beneath a canopy. They look into each other’s eyes and realize they were made for each other.”
“Cotillion balls! People would gather and do some formal dancing and then realize they had misunderstood each other and were actually deeply in love.”
“One fabulous kiss, and we’re good.”
Love doesn't always work like that, but then again, sometimes it does.
aka
A fix-it based on quiet, gentle, and romantic stories...plus very tender yet awkward sex because, come on, it's them.
