Summary
Leo has always stood by the opinion that jealousy is an ugly emotion, inspiring the worst kind of melody. Even so, that green emotion still wells up in him every time he sees Makoto, or even worse, Makoto with Izumi. Emotionally-driven inspiration leads to some of Leo’s best work, but he actively avoids pen and paper when he feels like this— he doesn’t want to hear this burning jealousy woven into a harmony.

Both idols back away, in case Suguru chooses to look in their direction. Lucky for everyone involved, he does not.

Izumi, when he’s by himself, is a good roommate. He always cleans the dishes he uses, he’s quiet when he’s around the house, and best of all, he’s only in Italy about half the time. The other half of the time, he’s across the world in Japan, doing whatever he does there. Anna thinks he may be somewhat rich from the way he dresses, but Izumi’s never said much about what he does in Japan.
Izumi becomes a terrible roommate when his boyfriend comes over.

Leo didn't like this boy. In fact, he hated him with his entire soul, and he has spent weeks nursing a sense of injustice and plain jealousy. But now, looking him in the eye, he couldn't remember any of it.
Maybe it was because Usagi seemed so genuinely excited to see him, or because he had that enthusiasm and hunger that Leo still vaguely remembered from his first roles. Maybe it was because he was so awkward, talked far more than he should, and seemed nothing like the person Leo had already created in his head.
Or, what made the most sense and was much more embarrassing: he was really pretty. Without that serious, almost pouty expression he wore in the movie, he almost charming.
