When she looks at herself in the mirror, naked save for her underwear, she almost doesn't recognize what she sees. She looks…human. After forgoing her humanity in favor of serving Lex Luthor's cause, she had never expected to look or feel like a person again. She had been reborn when Lex found her in that veteran's hospital, brain dead and injured beyond the help of modern medicine. She was never supposed to walk again — let alone think for herself.

Lex Luthor happened to implement some… unnecessary commands in Ultraman’s software. The team helping him operate didn’t need to know about it—and certainly not Eve. This was between him and his clone of Superman. Maybe it was inhumane—but Superman wasn’t human, so how could misusing an idiotic clone of him be problematic in any way? Besides, Lex needs to get off somehow.
