Resources On Writing Experiences
This collection is a place for me to put the resources I find relating to topics I both do and don't experience.
I'd love to share the things I use to write my stuff, both under my Default Pseud and my variant Pseuds.

Summary
A blog post about human anatomy and genitalia, with a view to helping fic writers understand the anatomy in order to write smut fic featuring more inclusive genitals.
(For regular smut fic and also for omegaverse smut fic.)(TL:DR)
A clitoris is what the penis would be.
The vaginal opening is where the balls would be.

Summary
The November 10, 2025 FDA press release of the United States Health and Human Services indicates that the current administration is interested in green lighting female hormone replacement therapy with synthetic estrogen, for many of the same reasons that men might be interested in testosterone replacement therapy: to improve physical performance, to look better, and to feel younger.
“Someday, science will help us slow or reverse all the damage of aging. A good safe way to address estrogen depletion already exists.”
— Health and Human Services Deputy Secretary Jim O’Neill
Since not everyone is familiar with the cultural context or the science behind hormone replacement therapy, this document will serve as a quick introduction for writers interested in portraying things accurately.

There is a big difference between a trans man exploring his identity/sexuality through fanfiction, and a cis writer misrepresenting what it means to be FTM. If you're a cis writer with the best of intentions, I hope these guidelines and resources will assist you in improving your treatment of trans men.
Chapter 1: Writing Guide, FTM Anatomy.
Chapter 2: Gallery of Trans Men.
Chapter 3: FTM Media Recommendations.
Chapter 4: Racism in Trans Headcanons. This guide was originally posted on my old account, which has since been deleted due to transphobic comments, including threats of violence. I have posted it again anyway, because I take this matter very seriously. Do not repost, copy, or in any way plagiarise this guide. But please feel free to share a link to it, so that cis authors can improve the way that they depict trans men. I have tagged characters which are discussed in the guide, and are therefore relevant. If you encounter this guide while browsing those tags, that's why.
