He tapped the back of his figure to the cold pane, where he was met with the click of the latch and a wide eyed Louis. If Louis was going to keep sneaking out, then he'd need someone to show him how.
It was warm at night, but the soft cry of bugs and hush of nature surrounding the small bayou town made the air feel still and soft. The two boys padded alongside each other, silence hanging over their heads awkwardly. ⭒
