Summary
Peter Parker was a moron. Well, he felt like one anyway. Dying at fifteen did tend to make a boy feel such a way. Waking up mysteriously in a Lazarus Pit, only to be caught in the web of a mad clown with flaming green hair... well, it hardly spoke well for the boy. Now in a city he did not know, with his memories scattered by green fog and rage, the once-hero of New York City finds himself learning that not every dimension is entirely fair on kind boys.
AKA my third spider-man in Gotham fic. Features Peter Parker as the Joker's sidekick, Red Hood trying to be a good dad, a League of Assassins hunting a lost clone, and a little kissing between two scarred and bloodied boys. hope u enjoy!

Bruce had met Jack and Janet Drake even before Timothy Drake was born, and he only had a few words to describe them: Jack Drake was an eagle — always watching, claws sharper than anything, and knowing exactly how to strike; Janet Drake was a snake — slick and cunning, her stare could freeze anyone in place, and her tongue was as sharp as a knife. “You wanted to be in charge,” Superboy said. Robin couldn’t see him from behind but he could certainly hear the shrug in his voice. Maybe that’s an exercise for him, trying to see how many times he can shrug “nonchalantly” in a day. Maybe he was hoping his shoulders would fill out more from the movement and he would be able to match up to Superman's one day.
The thought made Robin snicker to himself as he retorted with an eyeroll, “I’m not the ‘one-in-charge’ I’m the ‘one-who’s-supposed-to-be-here.’”
“Do you roll your eyes so much to make them stronger?” Superboy asked, “So you can find clues as easy as the big bat one day?”

In a world where Young Justice takes a bit longer to form the young heroes find themselves falling together while having a few more years' experience under their belt. They didn't set out to form a team and Robin certainly didn't anticipate how deeply he would grow to trust his friends. Superboy, although annoying, was quickly becoming one of the most important people in Tim's life. Robin was used to being prepared for anything (to an extent which could be called paranoid), but Superboy was beginning to make him reckless.

They always said Gotham City changed people, it was a rumor that circulated the entire nation, one Reese had grown up hearing. She never believed it of course, it was a big city like Metropolis, one guarded by its own group of supers. If you’ve been to one you’ve been to them all.
When her mother is promoted, along with a very generous scholarship for Reese Larkin, her family can’t exactly say no and packs up to move across the country. She already has plans to move out as soon as she graduates, but goddamn it, nepo babies at this school are annoying. Especially a self-righteous Wayne kid with a trust fund bigger than her imagination and ego to match who seems to make it his personal goal to get in her way as much as possible.
*As of 9/2/24 this story is in the process of being rewritten, I hit a roadblock and wanted to produce something better for you guys than I had. Hopefully the writing, development, pacing of this story is better, enjoy!
