Summary
Critical Role was pretty instrumental, not just in getting me back into writing fanfiction at all, but also getting me more comfortable writing one shots and ficlets and scenes, instead of trying to draft out whole multi-chapter fics that wouldn't get posted until they were finished (meaning most never got posted), so I collected here two CRInktober collections, two Critmas ficlet challenges, and the Critical Role portion of my write-a-ficlet-a-week-in-2020 challenge. Each chapter of each collection is a stand-alone ficlet, mix of Campaign One and Campaign Two.

When he finally is brought back, he discovers that the only member of Vox Machina to survive is Keyleth and that Vecna has turned Exandria into a blighted hellscape. Can the two of them together defeat Vecna when their entire party could not?

Summary
The sun shined on Vox Machina for the second month in a row. The Chroma Conclave finally defeated and the framework of a new Emon government put in place. As some of the few remaining members of the council and the thrice saviours of the city the band of adventurers were begged to take charge by the citizens. And while they wanted to help rebuild their home they came to a quick consensus that their wanderlust was too strong. Emon would always be their home now but there were still a great many adventures to be had.

A missing scene from just before/at the beginning of Episode 77:
The archanist, who usually stood tall, almost regal in her bearing, was curled up behind the crates in a tight ball, arms wrapped around her middle and knees pulled up to her chest. Her eyes were closed, the braids that were usually the epitome of perfection looked disheveled, and there was an unnatural tension in her shoulders that went beyond simple concern, worry, or fear.
Something – or someone – had terrified her, and Kima had a feeling she knew exactly who it was. A flare of anger in her chest burned toward Xanthas, and she clenched her hands into fists, wanting nothing more than to beat that spineless coward to a pulp. Preferably until he stopped moving. Forever.-

Summary
How long can you look at someone else before they’re noticed? Typically, they’ll feel your eyes on them after ten, maybe fifteen seconds –– less perceptive people might not notice for about thirty if they notice you at all. Perhaps if they’re focused intensely on something, they might not notice for quite a while longer. Still, they’ll notice you eventually. Their eyes will lock with yours and you’re faced with a dilemma: look away awkwardly or smile, also awkwardly. Should you choose to smile, you’ll wonder for weeks afterwards if it was a real smile or if you flashed them your most unintentional grimace. If you decide to look away, you’ll look desperately around; you’ll stare, even suspiciously, at the most random things to make it seem as though you weren’t just watching them.
