Summary
Tim Wayne has a lot on his plate. Being the son of a billionaire and VP of a major company keeps him busy enough to ignore the more mundane aspects of teenage life, such as the boy who refuses to leave him alone (Tim’s siblings say it’s flirting. It’s absolutely not that.)
Conner Kent-Luthor has pretty much nothing on his plate. He wields his status as a billionaire’s son very differently, and is intent on keeping it that way. He can’t help but be drawn to Tim Wayne, though, even if the boy in question is uninterested in returning Conner’s advances.
But when Tim’s carefully managed health starts to deteriorate and Conner’s expertly crafted mask starts to slip, the boys find themselves falling into something with each other that they never could’ve expected. They’re just not sure how long it will last.

When Tim heard about the MetU pitcher’s early retirement, the opportunity seemed perfect as she was growing restless in her business classes and thought about pursuing psychology instead, and MetU had a great program… and an award-winning catcher with a killer attitude.
