Summary
There is an inherent flaw to tying fate to sapient beings, and when the scale of such a tie is multiversal, the consequences can quickly become dire. From the moment of his shattering at Fate’s hands, the Destroyer has been one half of the Balance meant to keep these consequences at bay – it is a vicious cycle, Creation’s ignorance begetting pain, suffering, and insanity, and with their mutual creator’s spiteful determination to keep the status quo, it’s only a matter of time before he breaks under the strain.
But while this god is resigned to his fate, one of the Powers that Be, one that watches over him, decides to take matters into her own hands. She will free him from Fate’s web, no matter the cost. Even if it means working under the nose of her more spiteful counterpart for centuries upon centuries. Even if it means striking a deal and giving her chosen to another higher being, something incomprehensible and terrifying that defies her understanding of the cosmos, with unknown plans in store for him.
It is fortunate, then, that this higher being understands the pain that comes of being chained to a Purpose, and refuses to inflict that same pain unto another so much like itself.

When the Multiverse is collapsing under the pressure of the Creators, the Deities created something new to handle it. The perfect being that they could command and control, an AI. But what happens when that AI becomes sentient? Will it still be able to save the Multiverse from it's event horizon?
With tensions between the Creators and the Multiverse rising, and near complete Multiverse erasure due to Ink and Error, The AI will have to learn quickly if it wants any chance for anything to survive. But throughout it's journey, it finds that it isn't only for survival anymore, and that they've made friends and enemies to drag along the way to it's goal.

Nightmare gives him the option to get out of his abandoned, empty world. He accepts the offer but refuses to destroy anything or hurt people. Instead he finds another purpose. In return the Bad Sanses give him a home, companions, a life, and a name. They call him Ink.
Or: Before he can destroy his soul and enter the Doodle Sphere, Ink is recruited by Nightmare. He accepts his role as best he can, even if he sometimes feels like he is meant for something more.

Blue has recently begun traveling with his friends in their newly formed group; The Star Sanses. Blue had heard stories from Ink and Dream (mainly Ink) about the cruel, multiversal destructor that was Error. Blue has always taken the threat of such a monster very seriously.
However, when he first comes face-to-face with the destroyer, he notices something the others have perhaps overlooked. His behaviour was over the top and certainly dangerous, but... it seemed a little lackluster for a supposed heartless villain.

Ink and Error were the mightest of Gods, with domains that were as vast as the Multiverse itself.
Pity that, for as mighty as they were, they were also regarded as children among the Gods.
Dream and Nightmare, two relatively new Gods in the grand scheme of things, beholden to domains nearly as vast as Ink and Erorr, with both being within every creature within the Multiverse.
Pit that, too, for just as Creation and Destruction, Positivity and Negativity were also but mere children among the Gods.
Pity be to those that were witness to the war they played as a 'game.'
