"It's dimmer than it used to be." Soot murmurs, breaking the silence that'd settled over the room like a blanket. They'd been curled up in his room for what might've been days, crammed into a bed that was much too small for the two of them, and it didn't seem likely that was going to change anytime soon. Sebastian had hardly moved an inch, curled on his side so his brow rested against Soot's shoulder.
He makes a soft sound of confusion, to which Soot nods to his esca, glowing softly against his collar bone. Right- the smaller man had been halfheartedly reading some old paperback in an attempt to feel like more than a personal space heater, Sebastian's arms slung around him in a feeble attempt to leech his warmth. He hadn't noticed he'd been squinting in the dark.
"Oh," He blinks blearily, voice hoarse with sleep he hadn't been getting. "I hadn't noticed." -

Even though you’re bored, you still wanna please Urbanshade anyway by trying to collect enough research to meet their needs. You then stumbled upon a rare type of room early in your run that you never expected to be in: the Gambling Room. You gambled a few times until you no longer have the need for anything else, but Sebastian feels displeased when you don’t feel like buying anything else at his shop. So you both agree to something that makes up for the problem.
