Summary
Jiang Yanli does not decide to be drugged and sent off to Lanling with Song Lan. In fact, she was against the idea of them separating, and her brothers sent her off anyway. Song Lan agrees to escort Jiang Yanli from Yiling to Lanling because he know the situation they are in, and he wants to see her taken to safety. During their journey to Koi Tower they experience bandits, fire side discussions, close encounters with enemies and friends, and learn about themselves and each other.
