Yet he mostly kept to himself when he joined up as he was still reeling from a recent loss of a loved one; he remained the calm, patient soldier he had always trained to be... despite joining what he could only call as the most chaotic gaggle of men he's ever met.
He followed orders, never spoke back or questioned his fellow officers- he was loyal, just as his callsign implied. Though when asked about it he spoke only a simple phrase: "Gentle when stroked, Fierce when provoked" and left it at that.
