Summary
How might things have changed if United States Secret Service Agent Caitlin Todd had taken her job more seriously instead of ignoring regulations and if Director Tom Morrow had delivered an attitude adjustment Jethro Gibbs wouldn't soon forget when Gibbs deliberately endangered his partner, Anthony DiNozzo.

Summary
Section 15.03 of every SHIELD agent's manual of rules and regulations outlines the official policy on fraternization, specifically the kind between handlers and field agents under their authority – in short, don't. Clint, Coulson and Natasha have been dancing all over that particular rule for years now, trusting that the combination of caution and exemplary job performance would quiet any whispers.
They're wrong. Clint and Natasha find themselves sitting through a series of interrogations as they try to thwart an investigation that's supposedly for their own good - and if lying and putting on a good show aren't enough, well, then they're just going to have to get a little more proactive. Set between Iron Man 1 & 2 and guest stars Doc Samson; features some violence, some sex and SHIELD agents being absolute stone cold badasses.

Summary
Scotch and Hound are sent under deepcover to infiltrate a suburban neighborhood in the States, and tasked with surveiling an ex-terrorist and known backer to various international crime operations.
Married, and planning to adopt, 'Ted and Jack Lawson' are a picturesque ex-military couple who's just moving in to their home—outfitted with enough domesticity to make the both of them sick.

Summary
Hound and Scotch have very different and yet very similar ideas about marriage. Hound had always had some loose plan to get out, get married, and start a family. For him, marrying for love was the only way to do it. Scotch had grown up having it drilled into him to marry well. How you felt about the woman didn't matter as much as what her family was worth. Either way, the vague plans they had about their futures had one thing in common—the person across from them would be a woman.
However, when a mission comes from the desk of a UDAAC councilman or councilwoman, you don't refuse. Contractually, you can't refuse. So when they're assigned to surveil an ex-arms trafficker under the guise of being married to each other, what can they do but prepare for a year of suburban hell?

A Man With a Beard by ibreathethroughwords
Fandom: Star Wars - All Media Types, Star Wars: Rebels
29 Nov 2019
Summary
There's plenty to say about a well-groomed man with a beard. "With great beard comes great responsibility," for one. Kallus has Lyste sometime during season 3 on Coruscant, and then after he's grown a beard on Yavin IV. Zeb mentions that Kallus looks way better with his hair slicked back with the full beard, and now Hot Kallus is getting tail left and right.
After being egged on by far too many of you, Kallus is oblivious to whatever Lyste and Zeb are feeling, and enjoying getting off as he becomes the poster boy and morale boost the Alliance needs.
Crack treated seriously.

Summary
Reader, an ex-Imperial sensor technologist, finds herself aboard the Chiss heavy cruiser Steadfast in the aftermath of Mitth'raw'nuruodo's apparent death at the hands (tentacles?) of the purrgil. Unsurprisingly, the Chiss Ascendancy is less than thrilled to find themselves with yet another human seeking asylum. Facing a hearing in front of the Syndicure, Reader is forced to endure a crash course in Chiss society and Chaos trade languages. She is surprised, however, when Admiral Ar'alani volunteers to teach her. During their daily lessons, Reader and the admiral find an unexpected connection that threatens both of their reputations. Still, it might be worth the risk, given their unexpected connection and the unmoored feeling that comes in the wake of so many changes.

ch 16
A massive earthquake swallows the stargate. Around 90 Pegasus civilians and Atlantis people managed to get through to Atlantis during the quake, but many didn’t make it. The earth was cracking open and then slamming shut and heaving around. People were thrown into crevasses and then killed when they slammed shut again. Horrifically, some fissures were pulled back open and then corpses tumbled out.
John was far away from the stargate when the earthquake started and was unable to get through it before it was buried. He was unable to help anyone around him when the ground was moving so violently, but once the worst passed, he found a toddler down a crevasse clinging to a branch and was able to grab him. While searching for survivors he also finds an unconscious mud-covered Atlantian who he only later realizes is Lorne. Finally, he manages to find a house that was on the outskirts of the village and managed to escape the destruction. There’s a baby crying inside. John, Lorne, and the two kids are the only people left alive on the planet. Thankfully neither adult is seriously injured, just battered, so they’re able to concentrate on helping the kids and settling in to wait for rescue. Unfortunately, the expected date for the Daedalus to show up passes without rescue. John and Lorne realize they might be there for the long haul. They’re able to make physical preparations without too much issue, but the emotional hurdles are harder. The planet is one they’ve been allied with, so they had to make pyres for people they knew and the bodies were not in good shape. The toddler is mute from shock and grief, and John has trouble letting any of the survivors out of his sight. Lorne is less traumatized since he was unconscious for most of the quake, but the shock and the horrific aftermath still hit him hard.
There are brief cuts to Atlantis. It’s the Wolsey era. The rest of John’s team made it back to the city and is also eager for the Daedalus to arrive so they can send a rescue. Unfortunately, it never shows up and they’re also unable to dial the SGC. They’ve no way of knowing what’s happening back in the Milky Way or how long they’ll be out of contact. They can’t just take a jumper to rescue John and Lorne from a neighboring planet because it would take a hundred years to get there. They need the hyperdrive on the Daedalus. Rodney builds something to detect any subcutaneous tracker signals from that area of space, so they at least know the number of survivors, if not their identity. After six weeks of no contact with earth or the Daedalus, Rodney is fed up waiting and declares that they’ll build their own hyperspace-capable ship. Unfortunately, he and Zelenka still estimate it will take a year to design and build it, but they have faith that whoever survived the earthquake will manage to live long enough to be rescued -

Crowley is trying his hand at being a spy during the Second World War. Forgetting the angel he hasn't seen in almost eighty years and trying to work around the orders from Hell is almost a full-time job by itself, though. Especially since Aziraphale isn't very good at keeping himself out of trouble.
(This series is set in a connected and canon-compliant universe, but all works can be read as a stand-alone.)

"You are not driving me, look at you."
