Technoblade is known by a few names, but to Dream the only name that matters to him is Murderer. Until Techno confesses so easily, then helps Dream catch a copycat, and then helps Dream solve quite a few crimes.
...Maybe Technoblade wasn't in the wrong for all that murder. Maybe Technoblade had help. And Maybe Dream won't tell anyone about that.
Maybe Dream might just grow a fondness for the pretty pink hair, occasional laugh and grey eyes of Technoblade.

It hits the grass with a quake, something felt for miles, skidding to a stop. Any plant life in its wake scorched for ages.
It takes a shuddering failure of a breath. It only barely survived. Artifacts clutched tightly in shaking hands, the figure goes out cold.

Summary
The Watsons are a famous family for more reasons than many realize. While most people recognise them for the ownership of some huge tech company. To others they are more known for their leadership of the Syndicate.
That also happens to be the reason Tommy sought them out when he was young.
The reasoning he used for needing their help was that he was in the foster system and running from the police after having hacked into several government files and documents.
While the hacking part of that was true the rest was not. Tommy was not in the foster system (his name was but that’s just because he hacked in and added it). Tommy had parents, maybe not the best ones but they loved him and he loved them.
Or, Tommy tricks his way into the Watsons hearts only to reveal the truth years later.

“It’s the code name for an info website on the dark web. They say the guy’s information range is so broad, it’s just like they know every rumor and secret info from everywhere and anyone!”
“Are there like lots of people managing the whole database thing for them to be that knowledgeable?”
“No one knows, I heard people say that it’s handled by a group of people, and some even say it’s just one person behind all that.”
“It would be really funny if there’s only one person as its’ administrator. Just imagine! There is one singular person in this country that has the brain capacity to contain that much information.”
Tommy huffs in amusement secretly as he turned around to put a battle of bourbon back on the shelf, trying to pool his expression back to something more customer worthy as he stood back at the bar while listening intently to the conversation.
This was one of the reasons why he liked to be a bartender in high-class pubs and nightclubs. Call it an ordinary hobby if you will, but this was for his secret part-time job too.
(Or, college student Tommy has a secret part-time job.)

And he just did.
OR, Tommy is a criminal hacker, and he ends up finding the one way to break the tyrannical mega-corporation called 'Pandora''s security. Meanwhile, Techno is a officer at Pandora, and he applies for the Syndicate group, a top-secret group of officers.
