“I can see that, but let us train with these today,” Aragorn said offering Elnúmen a sword and a shield.
“Why?” she asked hesitating to accept the weapons Aragorn was holding. Does he think that I cannot use a real sword or that I have no change against him, she wondered.
“Because there is good chance your skill with the sword matches your skill with the bow and it is not my wish to die before lunchtime today,” Aragorn said with a straight face. His eyes, however, were soft and there was a hint of amusement in his voice.Halbarad's sister, Elnúmen, is a fierce ranger caught in a well known quest with her chieftain. Will they realise what they feel for each other? Will they put their fears and reservations aside before it is too late?

Summary
This is the story of one particularly grouchy son of Feanor, who has decided to leave his seaside moping and throw in his lot with the Rangers of the North. It features one murder son and his various issues, one very chill ranger, one elf who is doing his best to deal with his abandonment issues, lots of long conversations by firelight, bad decision making and even worse fashion choices. It's an unconventional ship, but that's what they said about the Titanic (probably) and that turned out fine!
