When Elizant tells them that Vi has gone missing along with other explorers on a secret expedition into the forgotten corners of Bugaria's borderlands in search of an unknown treasure, they find themselves chasing after not only their missing allies, but also the wasp king's missing crown. While having to prove their strength both together and separately, Team Snakemouth crosses paths with friends, foes, and new faces on a race to keep Bugaria's hard-won peace.

CH1: very good start, a bit dense and dialogue heavy but it's not filler by any means and it's already subverted my expectations a ton in terms of where the story is gonna go.
CH2: super nice improvement! love the way the conflict is explored here and the imagery's just way better. not too big on tez right now (they seem evil) but i'll see what up with them... -

They don’t ever mention, however, the ruinous effects of magic that wrack the bodies of the seemingly blessed sorcerers.-

this was the first longfic i really decided to hunker down and finish reading and i'm very happy i did so because holy moly i really enjoyed this one. it does an insanely good job at taking a relatively simple concept (leif's ice powers are actually gurxing them super duper bad) and expanding on it a ton: how does this affect leif and their teammates? what's the course of action afterwards? what about the other sorcerers and how their powers work? blessing of decay manages to work in a bunch of these questions into the story and pay them off extremely well later down the line while also just having some amazing characterization related to a bunch of da cast. it's a rare case of a fic managing to constantly outdo itself with each chapter and it's fawking awesome.

Summary
In a backyard not so far away, Kabbu, Vi, and Leif have been praised as the legendary exploration team who saved the entire land of Bugaria from the power of the Everlasting Sapling. Despite believing that peace has been returned to the miniature land, that peace is disturbed yet again by the unexpected arrival of a teenage "Giant" girl named Maggie Dolittle, who mysteriously possesses the ability to talk to the bugs in their native language.
After the young giant is shrunken down to bug size, she and her firefly bard partner Nox are appointed as Team Snakemouth's newest apprentices, often coined as Team Giantspeak. Together, as the Snakemouth Five, they unite to battle various kinds of forces within their home and even venture to mysterious worlds beyond the safety of Bugaria.

Denizers of the lands bordering the Swamp know about them. Giant monsters with hard chitin and ravenous appetites, fast despite the size, carving scenes of mindless carnage. "Woe to ones who met them, for end would be painful, swift and brutal in their jaws, their claws, their putrid poison".
Kabbu and his team from Northern Kingdoms met one on their way to Bugaria - and what happened back there remained a mystery for Leif and Vi. They never pryed into that. But now, when they find themselves here, in the place where Kabbu wishes he never returned, truth reveals itself. And what rest of Team Snakemouth would learn there is far from what they could possibly expect.

Summary
The feeling of being lost is an odd sensation.
It doesn't really matter if it stems from lack of purpose, lack of individuality, lack of understanding, or simply not knowing where the flippin' heck you are.
Variants of said feeling can be caused by boredom, betrayal, puzzles, love, existential crises, video games, etcetera.
Anyway, I bring this up because in this story, MANY of the culprits of that feeling all come together to screw one specific person over, and that's exactly how our narrative will begin.

Summary
Made for Bugtober 2022 after finding out about it half way through the month, using prompts 1, 9, 13, 15 and 19. But mostly 13.
Bomby and Tod run off without telling anyone, dragging poor Ann with them and causing Team Snakemouth to go trapsing all over the lands in the dead of winter during a snowstorm just to try and find them. Along the way, feelings are shared, PTSD is dealt with and bonds are strengthened.

Summary
Sakaar's best scientists have figured out how to control the wormholes over their sky and create their own, meaning they can now pick and choose where their fighters will come from. However, plans change once the creation of one of the wormholes leads to the Grandmaster discovering a competition show known as Total Drama.
Now, The Grandmaster is hosting a similar competition dubbed "Grand Drama", where 26 people handpicked from different universes are forced to compete in challenges for a chance to win the equivalent of 1,000,000 USD in whatever currency they have in their homeworlds.

Summary
Vi didn't classify herself much as a thinker. There were many things, probably most things if she thought about it, that she would accept for what they were at face value. If, and only if, that value was high enough for her standards.
On the other side of the spectrum, she knew all too well that Kabbu and Leif were thinkers. Many times to the point of over, in her opinion. Vi didn't think she was too much like that.
Of course, she never really spent her time thinking about whether to consider herself as such.
The fishing village gives Vi a lot to think about.
