Crimes, punishment, everything that needed to be performed for the traitors and losers who lost on the Roulette Table.
Getting deep with connection with a friend, Chance couldn't help but feel something for them. A never-ending fleeting feeling that they'd want to stay with them forever. But that feeling...will not last long. That begun Chance's downfall, one that will never end until the maker is gone.

A Half-Eyrien Black Widow catches the attention of a young Andulvar Yaslana while he is on business with his father Lucivar, in Terreille.
Faelin is a wingless outcast, too long-lived to be accepted by short-lived races, already behind in life compared to her peers. She's had only limited access to education in the Healers craft and no one to teach her to control her Black Widow's power of dreams and visions. When she meets an intriguing young man she sees a glimpse of a different life, one full of wonder and acceptance.
NOTE: I had to go off-cannon for the timeline.
This story is set 43-50 years after the Witch Storm.
Jaenelle and the Coven are in their 70s.
Lucivar and Marian's children were born much sooner than cannon.
Daemonar was 1-ish during the war.
Titian was born 6 years after the Witchstorm (AW), Andulvar 7 years after that.
Andulvar was born 13 years AW.
43-50 AW Andulvar is 30-37 yo; a mature teen for the purposes of this story. Everyone will age weirdly, I couldn't figure out an equation to make it make sense, even in the books.
There is no Queen's Bargain/Weapons/Price. Not so much a fix-it as a screeching off-ramp into wild country.

Stephan sits on the couch, legs pulled up, a warm cup of hot chocolate in their hands, a matching on sitting on the coffee table beside them, hot steam curling up from the liquid.
Their partner, the other person the mug is intended for walks into the room, snow dusting his fluffy blond hair, wings and jacket covered in the same.
He’s holding a stack of wood in his arm, carrying it over to the fire.
Jimmy sets the wood down by the fire, crouching down and throwing a few log in before standing up.
The avian starts to take off his gloves, walking behind the couch, over towards the hall closet to put his winter clothes away.
Stephan takes another sip of their coco, lowering the mug.
With no warning, Jimmy hops over the back of the couch, flopping down, almost spilling the cardinal hybrid’s drink.
“Jimmy!” Stephan says, sighing at their boyfriend.
