Just a normal story about a boy called Tommy who lived in a cafe, was an illegal vigilante and is totally op.... who's so happens to be adopted by everyone who sees him
Totally normal....
Except the fact its not. There's a twist. Technoblade is the one who goes to the cafe and befriends Tommy, Phil is the one who befriends Red, the vigilante, and wilbur is the one who doesn't trust him. And he has a mysterious past. That's it......

Summary
Apollo was a vigilante who had been on the scene for about three months now, and he was getting big enough that the Syndicate, a group of villains known for terrorising the city of L'manburg, capital of Manburg, decided to meet him. However, before meeting him, they wanted to do some research on Apollo, and realised that they couldn't find a single thing on his powers that wasn't confusing and contradicting of previous statements. Deciding that Apollo probably couldn't beat them, the SBI, the three leaders of the Syndicate decided to meet Apollo to figure things out, and it all spiralled from there.

Luck, funny thing innit? It seems like a thing that would be simply impossible to control from the human eye, but it's not. When Tommy was younger he had a pretty normal life, he had a best friend that moved away, he had an awesome mother that he loved dearly, his father went to go get the milk and never came back, and he was passing all his classes on high marks. His life was pretty normal until his mothers death, the event that ended up hurting him more deeply than anyone could understand. That was the night that was the night he figured out that he, and everyone else in his bloodline, had superpowers. "Nothing is impossible!" His mother would say. "Just improbable!" Those, were his mothers last words, the last words that he ever heard from her. After his mother died he just got sent to foster care, he ended up escaping it, then getting sent back in it before he met what he would call the strangest foster family he ever had.
(Sorry if this isn't the best description I'm not too good at them! Also, Tommy is slightly OP in this! )
