A narrated playthrough of National France using the Kaiserreich alt history mod for Darkest Hour. In the aftermath of the victory of the German Reich in the first world war, the legitimate government of France fled a mainland gripped by military mutiny and Marxist revolution, establishing a government-in-exile in Algiers. Now fifteen years on, the increasingly-authoritarian government of national unity led by Philippe Pétain is an ailing behemoth that has made little progress towards returning home. Someone must stand forth, must do more than merely spout empty promises; France needs a leader, someone who can unite the exiles behind the dream of reclaiming the Patrie. The question is not whether a man will stand and be recognized as France's savior in her moment of greatest desperation, but whom that man shall be.

The Unabridged Prison Journals by Catalina Cain is a sprawling and superb testament to the inner thoughts of the Capitol’s highest echelon during the Second Revolution, as well as the late stages of the Hunger Games. It’s without a doubt, one of the most consequential historical accounts that survived the war, especially due to both the nature of its author and its conception.
According to legend, Catalina managed to stay her execution multiple times by leaving her tales open-ended and too compelling not to hear more of, until she was eventually fully pardoned and exonerated due to the work of her friend and colleague, Plutarch Heavensbee.
