Summary

He then finds himself in his future self’s mind-palace and given power laced with someone else’s memories. Mikey wakes in a New York that resembles his own, populated by alternate versions of his family who smile, fight, and joke like the brothers he remembers.
But the memories in his head whisper a different story: Krang-tainted faces, altered motives, and a future that took everything from him. Haunted by visions that may not be real and armed with a power he doesn’t fully understand, Mikey must choose whether to trust the people before him or the trauma inside his head.

Summary
Months after the Krang invasion, the Hamato clan sets out on a picnic to celebrate their victory against the worst villains they have ever faced. They also use it as an opportunity to have Mikey practice his latent mystic abilities. It was fine at first, but one minor slip-up sends the four brothers barreling to another dimension- one where mutants walk freely, and heroes are a common profession. As they try to get back home, they have to learn to adapt to the new environment and work with others to create a way back to New York.

They’ve noticed that I’ve gotten quieter, joke less, argue less, and I take being the leader more serious than ever before. And…” Leo raised the empty mug. “They’ve noticed that it’s been five months since I’ve woken them up screaming in the middle of the night. Let them think I’m getting better, god knows they need to stop worrying about me so much.”

And he was the youngest of his brothers.
Michael was a pro at skateboarding, cooking and he was a Hero of NYC!
He was often happy, often the most emotionally intelligent and aware of his family, and he was often sad!
He was also traumatised and devastated by the Shredder and the Kraang.
So yeah, Michaelangelo Orange Hamato was many things.But One thing Mikey often wasn't?
It was Angry.And right now, Michelangelo wasn't just angry.
He was fucking livid.

During a battle Casey jr. is heavily injured and with Leon in the thick of the battle Miguel is forced to use his mystic powers to send Casey, Casey jr. and SHELLDON back to the lair. While the three of them do end up in the sewers they are not the sewers they know, how do they know? Well the four familiar yet different turtle’s staring right at them. With few people and mutants to trust and the Krang breathing down their necks the three have to take all the help they can get.
