Time watched him go but quickly changed his mind’s focus. Right, he has to lecturing the two dimwits behind him.

A strike of thunder rattled all those around him, all except Wind as he spent his last moments worrying over the fact that his Grandma might fall ill with grief, and that his sister will have her hands full with making sure that doesn’t happen while she’s working through her grief. All Wind could think about were his family, and then Tetra and her crew who through time, became like family.
She’d be so mad. Wind thought bitterly. If only to hide how sad she truly is. That’s just the person she is, she’d rather show others her anger if it meant hiding how sad she is.
That’s when it hit Wind. He was going to die. He’s about to die. He was supposed to die if it meant saving Four.
So why isn’t he dead?

Legend was not the kindest Link, he was sharp and he was not afraid to snap at anyone for any reason. This causes some problems between him and Twilight.
Legend honestly is just bad at talking to people, so when his inability to be nice when trying to tell someone to take some personal regard for their safety (at least from his perspective) is called out, he decides to fall back on some old, fairly unhealthy coping mechanisms: specifically, silence.

"Oh, man," Hyrule says. He leans over the dumpster, stepping onto an empty crate for a better vantage point. "How's your day going, Ledge?"
Blood leaks out Legend's nose as he sticks his middle finger up at him, haloed by trash. "What do you think?"

He threw the rope down and started to climb. When he reached the ground, Link hurried away from the wall, grinning despite himself. He’d made it out.

Summary
Legend snapped back into action, lunging for the open door with a snarl, but the chains around his wrists stopped him just before he could reach it.
Hyrule couldn’t breathe. He remembered the last time, what the people had been talking about doing in the second round of injuries. They’d said that was when the knives would come out.
He kept struggling in between the two men holding him, but it was useless. Hyrule stared back at Legend, not knowing what to say, not even thinking he could manage to say it if he did. He just wanted one more moment of reassurance, before he was torn away.
“Fuck, just - just take me instead!” Legend shouted, straining against the chains. “He doesn’t know anything, it’s me you want.”
OR:
Legend and Hyrule get captured by people who want to get back at Warriors. Hyrule trusts Legend's experience and smarts to get them out of there, but when Legend is severely injured, he might just need to find the confidence in himself to get them both out alive. -

There was a sharp click that echoed through the room as Hyrule’s hand pressed a bit of the stone and sank inwards.
The runes suddenly flared, there was a flash of light, and everything started to feel very wrong.
