Andrew let out a sigh. "Remind me why we always meet at Joe's when both Rob and Zubin's apartment, along with mine, all have air conditioning?" Joe shrugged and leaned forward. "I've actually been wondering that recently. It'll get better as it gets later though, I'll open the windows in like half an hour when the sun starts going down and we can all just chug the rest of the water we got in the fridge or something." The oldest suggested. The four sat in the heavy awkwardness of the silence, waiting for Ross to return to his spot across the room by the TV. Ross finally came out, his face washed with a shower of sweat. His grayish waves were basically soaked in sweat and maybe some water knowing Ross.
"Does anyone have a pack of cigarettes?"
Rob spoke, suddenly breaking the silence.
"No smoking in the house, it's gonna make it hotter." Ross replied. Joe took a quick swig of water, his mind suddenly invaded by a vision of Rob, leaning back on the couch. He was exhaling the smoke in his mouth, chest covered in sweat and head thrown back in pleasure. His eyes widened, coughing the last bit of water onto his shirt as he gasped for air.
