Tommy pulls back from the grip on his hand and looks back at tubbo with a certain level of disgust. “Are we cool?...”
“I disappeared and you're mad-” Tommy scoffed, just mad? He had been left for over a month.

Summary
Tommy felt sick.
Tommy's knees buckled under his weight. Tubbo was the first to get to Tommy's side, quickly leading the other to the restroom, almost like he had experience with this. Tommy clutched his stomach harder than ever, refusing to spill his guts in the hallway where anyone could see him. Instead, he waited until he was safely situated above a toilet bowl.
He felt like he was there for hours, with Tubbo's hand slowly massaging up and down his spine. At some point, he had let himself fall against one of the stall's walls. Tubbo remained by his side.
Silent tears started falling through the boy's closed eyes. He allowed them to fall though, he knew it wouldn't do him any good if he held them in. He was safe with Tubbo. He didn't know what would be left of him if he lost his friend…
If he, also, lost his friend.

He stood there waiting for a certain pink-haired male to answer the door; feeling disappointed after a couple of minutes later; still no answer. He shifts on his feet, raising his hand to knock again. Right, when he was about to knock again the hair on the back of his neck rose, making him go stiff, hand stuck in place before the door. Someones watching him.
He turned towards the raging snowstorm, the wind blew his thin coat off his shoulders—making him shiver. He pulled his shitty coat back onto his frail figure. He squinted his eyes to attempt to find the person watching him, unable to because of the rapidly moving snow.

"As for a wheelchair, I see no need. You could always just get one from ALDI if you're really that desperate." The doctor chuckles, and rage flares in his chest, sharp and viscious.
Tommy wants to speak, but no words form. He wants to protest, but they keep talking.
He isn't going to get a hospital chair. They're heavy, hard to move, hurt to push and just cause more issues in the long term. Tommy is losing mobility and even further than that, independence. It's terrifying, and nobody will listen to him. Tears sting behind his eyes, but Tommy refuses to let them fall.
What Tommy needs is a custom wheelchair that won't cause him harm.
Currently, he can't go outside without experiencing pain. He can't get to school, he can't make it through a school day. Tommy, with his current level of mobility and support, cannot properly live without hurting himself in some way.
Or; Unhelpful doctors and unsupportive parents.
Or or; The author isn't having a great time so now it's Tommy's problem.

“Now, apologize to Wilbur for breaking his toy,” Philza told him. Tommy looked up at Wilbur with remorseful eyes.
“Sorry Wilbur,” Tommy apologized. Wilbur looked at him, then made for the dining table, but Tommy went after him.
“Wilbur look! I-I can help you fix it. Me and Tubbo can-”
“Just shut up, Tommy!” Wilbur cut him off. He looked up at Phil with a gleam in his eye. Phil seemed to understand.

Manberg is a city riddled with divisions - but non so obvious as the tension between the humans and their undead counterparts (or really, anyone who was anything other than human) that is almost as old as the city itself.
And Tommy would know, because he was there when it all started, when the reverance turned into retribution, when the peace turned into poison. Alongside the rest of his coven, Tommy manages one of the only safe places for vampires, a hole-in-the-wall cafe called Aroma, and so is able to see when something dark engulfs the city without mercy, and hundreds of humans and vampires alike go missing - with only some of them turning up dead in alleyways, drained of all of their blood.
With hunters on the prowl searching for the monster tormenting the city, Tommy makes friends with someone he shouldn't, and sees a familiar face that he wished would only haunt him in his nightmares - and the worst thing about it all is that he's directly in the centre of it all and would rather be anywhere fucking else.
But Tommy had never got what he wanted, had he?
