A large convergence of power is ready to manifest in Sarah on her twenty-sixth birthday and if Jareth can get Sarah to willingly submit herself to him then he will have access to this power as well as have possession of the woman he loves. Time is against both Jareth and Toby as the clock winds down to the thirteen hour and the dawning of Sarah's birthday. With the help of friends, old and new, Toby races to save Sarah from a fate worse than even he knows.
