It was a beautiful fucking day outside, sunny and green with a slight breeze and all that jazz, and that honestly just made everything worse. It was always nice to have a reminder that the entire universe was conspiring against you, though, Spot guessed. That had to be what it was, because otherwise they wouldn’t have been stationed outside their school’s sorry excuse for an auditorium (not even a real theatre, an auditorium they had to share with the music department) and contemplating dropping out.

Spot Conlon is all about technical theatre and ready to go all in for college to work in it professionally. Then everything falls apart. They find themselves at a loss until their sister recommends them for a position with a small community theatre company in their hometown. Will this just be another wasted opportunity or a chance for something better?
