Summary
It was a new world Jynn found herself waking up to, so much had changed within those 20 years of experimentation and imprisonment in that suit. She was thankful to be free of that hell but hesitant to take on the roll she found herself thrusted back into. Commander of XCOM, a mere memory of what it once was. They had a lot on their plate, build up the resistance, sabotage ADVENT and the aliens, and take back the Earth from the Elders.
It was no help that the Elders wanted her back badly. Hunting them down like a pack of wild dogs, undermining their cause at every turn. And then those Chosen, another layer of annoyance XCOM and the Resistance had to deal with. Just how integral was she to Their to their Psionic Network? Was there something more? -

When NID managed to convince President not to destroy quantum mirror its send to P8R-553 to establish research outpost and to properly study mirror. General Hammond managed to convince presietn to staff that outpost with joint staff of SGC and Area-51. Few month after properly establishing outpost and studying the mirror. All contact was lost. SG-1 is preparing to recon and if need to meet a new threat head on.
Meanwhile in another universe Advent lost war and run to their last stronghold where they prepare ther alternative a device capable of universal travel. Adopted from device they found on distant planet.
Elite hunter unit is on their track and soon will find them.
Do they make it in time or would they be sucked to new universe? -
