Summary
Part 1: Canon divergence from Ep3-22: "De-Void". After confronting Noshiko and releasing his files, the nogitsune was caught at his weakest in the basement of Eichen House, putting both he and Stiles at Valack's mercy.
Part 2: Stiles is changed, and Peter's failure to kill Scott at La Iglesia lands them as roommates in Eichen. His original curiosity sated, Valack's focus shifts, but at least Stiles isn't alone anymore, right?
Part 3: Finally rescued, Stiles should be able to focus on recovering from the trauma, but fallout from Eichen, assassinated supernatural creatures, and lingering effects from Void continue to complicate things.
Part 4: Fey incursions are getting out of hand. People are dying, and the wider supernatural community is starting to make noises. It's a lousy time to be playing magical family trees, especially since Stiles' luck with magical trees is pretty dicey.

He’s overwhelmed and probably feeling guilty as all hell, and Stiles doesn’t think there’s anything in the world he could say that would cut through the thick fog probably swirling around in his head. He’s not even sure Scott would even pay attention long enough for Stiles’s words to have any real effect.

But then Isaac’s eyes glowed, and he heard the beta hum slowly. Isaac let go of Scott’s shirt and Scott couldn't help the way he reached and grabbed the beta's hand. He didn't want him to leave him. He didn't want him to feel disappointed. But why wouldn't he?
But instead, Isaac shifted to allow Scott to get closer. He wrapped Scott into a hug and then placed his head atop of Scott's. Scott nuzzled into Isaacs's chest, and then began sobbing Scott hadn't been hugged in such a long time. His knees buckled but Isaac simply lowered them to the floor together, letting Scott hold onto Isaac as tight as he needed to.
He broke down. He sobbed and sobbed into Isaacs's arms. Isaac didn't let go once.
