All people ever do is complain, the Specter HATES when people complain. survivors complain all the time about being in danger, and even if it was fun to see them get obliterated by the killers all the time, it was starting to get boring.
So it had a idea, a wonderful, marvelous idea.
What if he let the survivors have a turn; killing all those who were put in a round with them. It surely would be a way to wipe the smug look off of the killers faces.

In this purgatory, 007n7 doesn't keep track of the amount of times they all had been sent to a place just to die brutally from some horrifying monster. Every single day, night after night, it's just endless impending doom. If whatever trapped him down here wanted him to lose hope, they probably got what they wanted.
Elliot continuing to talk to him, to interact with him, and to help him after everything he did isn't really making it any better. It just makes him confused, and the guilt eats at him despite it all.

Two Time, yes, the delusional and manipulated cultist with trauma (from the cult and from the Spectre's realm) larger than a horse dick, for example, has found themselves in one with very questionable circuses. Whether fortunate or not, the circus finds them questionable too, and they don't know if it's good or bad.
