When Duchess Satine is suspected of forming an army for the Separatists, Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi is sent to Mandalore to investigate, and despite being committed to the lie that they are friends and nothing more, they have been in love for nearly twenty years. When the events of the Clone Wars drive them to admit their feelings, they must decide whether duty still comes before love.

This story takes place after The Clone Wars. It starts during the conflict in Palpatine's office with Mace Windu and Anakin. Not an alternate universe but a universe alteration; Satine is alive and well, Anakin doesn't give in to the Dark Side, order 66 never takes place, Ashoka is not traumatized and all the clones get the horrible microchip taken out of their brains.

Also it starts kinda slow but I swear it gets better! It's just a lot of fluffy cutesy chapters at the beginning.
