It wasn't right to offer your only daughter to a man you didn't know. It wasn't right that he happened to be your own nephew. It wasn't right to experiment on your children, force your wife to bear abominations in her womb, and make her give birth to them.
Choso's existence, by itself, was a sacrilegious act. Cast away from her family, forbidden from joining them, and stored in a dark, dusty temple like a relic too obscure to be appreciated. She wasn't even human in her father's eyes, and Yuuji didn't know if he could see her as one either. It felt wrong to give her a vulnerability that curses, by their very nature, could never have.
So, if Choso was wrong, then the pull he felt toward her also had to be wrong.
Wrong, ugly, and desperate.

Summary
Years after the war, Harry Potter has found his place. At his favorite club, he's not the Saviour, just Harry: a well-respected Dom known for his gentle but firm hand. The last person he ever expects to see radiating cold contempt from a dark corner is Severus Snape, who is very much...not dead?
